We send all Steady State products using Australia Post Express Shipping. This means that orders are delivered in between 1-2 days however depending on where you live sometimes it may take a little longer.

At Steady State, we don't charge a cent for shipping! We send all our orders via the Australia Post Express Parcel Service at no cost to you!

All Steady State products are covered under warranty. The Steady State Companion comes with 12 months of warranty while all other products come with 24 months of warranty

The Steady State warranty covers all faults and issues with the product for the warranty period. 

If a product is found to be faulty we will replace it with a brand new one!
